LSD - Leadership, Sales & Digital
LSD is a trifecta collaboration of three coaches – Viraj Kalra on Leadership, Gaurav Bhagat on Sales, and Avi Arya on Digital, in the form of a two-day workshop. Thus, the name LSD – Leadership, Sales & Digital.
This learning initiative was kick-started in 2019 with close to 300 participants on-ground. While some participants came in as individuals, others were sponsored by their organizations.
This two-day workshop resulted in a community where several individuals connected with the coaches even beyond the workshop, as part of a community. This community coached them to become bigger, better, and stronger in their own areas of operation as leaders, as businesses, as entrepreneurs.
In October 2021, we are looking forward to hosting the event online with several other recognized coaches on board. This year’s event will be conducted as a series of sessions aimed at ensuring that leaders and businesses grow through a stimulus on leadership, sales strategy, and digital strategy.
The COVI10 Initiative
The Covi10 Initiative is a voluntary collective of 50 corporate coaches and executive leaders across different industry domains who have come together to help India fight the Covid19 crisis and make the country blossom all over again.
Our initiative involves identifying ten unique start-up ideas that are working in the field of covid relief already. Covi10 coaches will be supporting these start-up ideas to upskill and fund them from scratch.
We aim to connect all Covi10 resources with families who need it the most, under the areas of financial assistance; access to food, medication, hospitals, donors, doctors, and necessities; children, adolescents, and older people’s needs; emerging mental and behavioral construct and similar aspects.
We will be rigorously working towards providing personalized information and services to those who need it the most during these challenging times.
Lastly, supporting small and emerging enterprises remains our core target, as we aim to make them independent enough to support the relief effort themselves!
